Today, drawing123.com will guide you how to easily draw a snow globe with simple steps.
Let’s get started!

Step 1: Draw two short, angled vertical lines for the sides of the base.

Step 2: Connect the top and bottom of the lines with two pairs of curved, parallel lines to form the top and bottom edges of the base. This creates the stand for the globe.

Step 3: Draw a large circle resting on top of the base. This forms the glass globe.

Step 4: Inside the globe, near the top center, draw a slightly tilted rectangle with a smaller, narrower rectangle on top. Add a curved line underneath the bottom rectangle for the brim of the snowman’s top hat.

Step 5: Below the hat, draw a circle for the snowman’s head.

Step 6: Draw a curved shape around the neck area, adding a hanging piece on one side, to form the snowman’s scarf.

Step 7: Draw a larger circle beneath the head (and scarf) for the snowman’s body.

Step 8: Add details to the snowman:
– Draw two small circles for the eyes and a curved line for the smile on the face.
– Add a small triangle for the nose.
– Draw three small circles vertically down the body for buttons.
– Draw two stick-like arms coming out from the sides of the body, with small forks at the ends for hands/twigs.

Step 9: Inside the bottom of the globe, beneath the snowman, draw a wavy line with small bumps to represent a mound of snow/ground inside the globe.

Step 10: Draw several small circles scattered around the inside of the globe to represent falling snowflakes.

Step 11: Color the inside of the globe (the top part of it) in light blue to create a sky or cold air effect. Color the head and body of the snowman white, the hat black, the carrot nose orange, and the scarf bright red. Leave the small circles representing falling snow white. Color the snow that accumulates at the bottom of the globe white, or use a light bluish-white shade to create depth. Color the main body of the base brown and the highlights of the base pale yellow or beige.

Step 1: Draw a long, slightly curved horizontal shape. This is the first layer of the base.

Step 2: From the ends of the shape in Step 1, draw two short, angled vertical lines extending downwards.

Step 3: Draw a wider, curved shape below the angled lines, parallel to the first shape, to complete the bottom layer of the base.

Step 4: Draw a large circle resting on top of the base. This forms the glass globe.

Step 5: Inside the globe, near the bottom, draw a wavy, uneven line to represent a mound of snow/ground inside.

Step 6: Draw three vertical lines extending upwards from the snow mound. These will be the corners of the house.

Step 7: Connect the tops of the vertical lines with slanting lines to form the triangular roof. Draw a rectangle on the roof with a small horizontal line on top for the chimney. Add a layer of curved snow on the roof edges.

Step 8: Draw the features of the house:
– Draw a rounded arch shape for the front door.
– Draw three windows: one small arched/peaked window near the roofline, and two square windows on the main walls. Add cross lines to all windows.

Step 9: Draw several small circles scattered throughout the globe to represent falling snowflakes.

Step 10: Color the area inside the globe a light blue, the main walls of the house yellow or light brown, the roof red and the chimney red, leaving the snow on the roof white. Color the door brown, the windowpanes light yellow or white, the snow mound white, the base a festive color, such as green, with the trim/edges a contrasting color like a darker green or black.

Step 1: Draw a long, slightly curved horizontal rectangle shape for the top ring of the base.

Step 2: Draw two short, angled vertical lines extending downwards from the sides of the shape in Step 1.

Step 3: Draw a wider, curved shape below the angled lines, parallel to the first shape, to complete the bottom layer of the base. Add a horizontal line near the bottom of the first curved shape to complete the middle ring.

Step 4: Draw a large circle resting on top of the base. This forms the glass globe.

Step 5: Inside the bottom of the globe, draw a gently curved line with a slight dip in the middle to represent a mound of snow/ground.

Step 6: Draw two short vertical lines extending upwards from the center dip of the snow mound. This will be the trunk of the tree.

Step 7: Above the trunk, draw a tiered, triangular shape for the Christmas tree. The sides should be stepped or scalloped to look like pine branches.

Step 8: Draw a five-pointed star shape on the very top of the Christmas tree.

Step 9: Draw several small circles scattered across the tree to represent holiday ornaments/baubles.

Step 10: Draw more small circles scattered around the empty space inside the globe to represent falling snowflakes.

Step 11: Color the main body of the Christmas tree a bright green, the tree trunk brown, and the star on top of the tree yellow. Color the small circle ornaments on the tree in various bright colors (e.g., red, blue, yellow, green). Color the space inside the globe a light, pale blue to suggest a winter sky or atmosphere, the snow mound at the bottom of the globe white or very light gray/blue for shading. Leave the scattered snowflakes white. Color the main body of the base brown and the decorative rings/trim of the base red.

Step 4: Inside the globe, draw an elongated, rounded shape for the penguin’s body, with two small, curved wings/flippers sticking out from the sides.

Step 5: Draw two small, wobbly shapes at the bottom of the body for the penguin’s feet.

Step 6: Draw two small circles for the eyes. Draw a tiny, curved shape underneath the eyes for the beak/mouth.

Step 7: Inside the penguin’s body, draw a large, curved outline to create the white belly and face area.

Step 8: Draw a wavy line on the base of the globe, just below the penguin’s feet, to represent a snow mound. Draw several small circles scattered around the empty space inside the globe to represent falling snowflakes.

Step 9: Color the outer parts of the penguin’s body and head dark gray or black, the inner area (belly/face) white, and the beak and feet yellow. Color the space inside the globe a light blue and the snow mound white. Leave the snowflakes white. Color the main body of the base brown. Color the decorative rings/trim dark blue or turquoise.

Step 1: Draw a long, slightly curved horizontal shape for the top ring of the base.

Step 2: Draw two vertical lines slanting outwards from the ends of the shape in Step 1, and connect their bottoms with a wide, curved line. This forms the main section of the base.

Step 3: Draw a wider, curved line underneath the base section to form the bottom ring of the stand.

Step 4: Draw a small, horizontal rectangle in the center of the main base section to represent a plaque or label.

Step 5: Draw a large circle resting on top of the base. This forms the glass globe.

Step 6: Inside the bottom of the globe, draw a wavy, uneven line to represent the snow-covered ground, curving up slightly to form a small hill.

Step 7: Draw a tiered, triangular shape on the left side of the globe for the Christmas tree. Add a short vertical rectangle underneath for the tree trunk, resting on the snow mound.

Step 8: Draw a simple house on the right side of the globe, behind the snow mound. It should have straight walls, a triangular roof, a door, and a single window.
